tragus piercing??? (middle ear piece)?

do you like tragus piercings??? if you ahve yours done did it hurt? did you have any problems with it ??

The tragus is notoriously bad at healing. It can take over a year to get past the initial healing and can have flare ups if you sleep wrong, get hair product in it, bump it, etc. You should have your ear checked out by a professional piercer to see if your ear is big enough to avoid some complications. Pretty much all cartilidge piercings have these problems, so be aware.

I have both of mine done.
I never really had too many problems with it.
As others have mentioned healing time in very long, as with any cartilage piercing.
The pain was pretty low, low enough for me to get the other side done ;)
You really need to weigh all the pros and cons before you get it done.

this is a cartlidge piercing and does have a fairly lengthy healing period, during this time you have to be careful with hair products etc looked after properly it will give you few problems but i chose placement of mine carefully, the opposite side to which i sleep because of the healing time, up to 18 months it can be tender on and off, its a nice piercing and worth the periodical discomfort during that time, had mine 8+ now
