How about I quit paying taxes to support those who won't work. Or for paying medical bills for those who won't pay them. or any of the things I don't agree with. Oh that's right I will go to jail for nonpayment of my taxes. Is it worth jail time? It is all the same principal.

I will not argue about Iraq; however, the war against the Taliban and AlQaeda is moral and we should destroy them. We have been sidetracked from our real purpose to win in Afghanistan and subdue all AlQaeda ad Taliban forever.

Only if you're willing to go to jail for it. That's the thing...it's fine to do whatever civil disobedience you want to do in protest, but you must also be prepared to accept the consequences for it. Don't think for one moment that because the judge sympathizes with your position, that she's not going to sentence you to whatever jail or prison term you get for failing to pay your taxes.
