Okay, so my fiancé wants his little brother 2 register as an officiant & “marry” us. I think it’s a great idea but I asked him 2 not say anything 4 a while 1) because we had to look into the practicalities & make sure it could be done & wud be legal & 2) I thought we should leave things between ourselves 4 a bit after making decisions, 2 see if they still felt like good ideas a month or two down the line. But we were at his mothers house with the brother & his girlfriend last night & the mother let it slip. He had already said it 2 the three of them (at least!) And he also asked them 2 lie 2 me. So, not only is he going behind my back 2 organise things, he’s lying 2 me about the “cool off” period we had decided on AND he’s gotten his family2 lie 2 me which makes me feel like everyone is laughing at me behind my back. Now, I’m probably going 2 get lots of nasty answers because, let’s face it, this is Yahoo! Answers but is there anybody out there who is on my side & thinks he's a p***k?

Yes - he absolutely IS a p***k!!!!
I'd be the most upset about him getting his family to lie to you!!! That's NOT the right way to start off a marriage!!

The level of maturity that reflects in your question is a definite sign you should not get married.
How old are you? You sound like you are 16.
Don't be in a hurry to grow up. It will happen soon enough and you will never be young again.
By the way, using numbers in place of words is very annoying.

Don't marry anybody who doesn't communicate with you, because dearie, you're not gonna change em!
If he is gonna change his mind like that, then in my mind it's an indication of what's to come.
Don't just drop him like a hot potato though. Have the discussion and get the commitment, if it happens again (he's been warned), dump him.
Good luck!

You're too young to get married if all this is going on. Period.
