Everyone would become honest VERY quickly....

... Many people would commit suicide, resources would be freed up for the rest.

...... And then after a day had passed... the world would be a far better place. People would be far more appreciative of their newly refound privacy. Long-harboured secrets would have been revealed and that would actually relieve a lot of stress and pressure. And of course there would be more resources for the rest of us.... and many MANY jobs freed up for jobless folks to fill. More people would have learnt to be honest and truthful in their dealings, and to be more respectful of others around them.
It would be a very desirable thing, rest assured.

I'd have to call in sick that day. No one has the time to do that and it certainly wouldn't help you very much because so many people focus on the negative.

it would be terrible for sure...
it's a bless that we have a mind of our own and no one can invade that... going through this day you're talking about would put this world into chaos and would cause much more damage than good...
let's hope it never comes about...

I'm sure there would be a lot of sex, breakups, fights, and it would all end with us killing each other.
