I am a good organiser and will ensure they all get a fair crack of the whip. I will not expect them to go out to work for more than 9 hours a day, 5 days a week. With the rota system I have in mind, this should not interfere with the days off with me. They may have to double up sometimes, but hey, ce la vie!!! Please forward all suggestions via Yahoo.

What is the best way to locate them? Put an ad in the classified. I am sure you will receive millions of replies (including those in the law enforcement agencies). It will take time to sift through all the applicants though. So be patient. You only want the best.

You need lots of money to look after all these women. Harems were full of well educated women and you will have to keep them all. You will also need some eunuchs (well you need to guard them and you don't want any body else seeding your harem!) You will also need a very large place to live, to accommodate all these women in luxury.
Most harems (sorry to pee in your bonfire) were not about sex (contrary to popular belief). I would suggest a bit more research to see if it is a harem you want or a brothel of sorts!
