What you are asking is too large of a question to be answered here. For example the Federalist Papers (written by Hamilton , Madison, and Jay) are composed of 84 separated papers.

Patrick Henry was only one of a number of individuals who spoke against the Constitution others included such as Mason, Gerry, Pinckney, Randoluph, as well as many others (re: Anti Federalist Papers).

Your previous questions seem to address this same subject with the same open ended nature. You are receiving almost no responses.

I suggest that you narrow your question to a single issue.

For example, just the subject of “Judicial Review” is addressed by seven papers within The Federalist Papers and within the Anti-Federalist Papers there are far more references. I suspect that you are attempting to gain information for some school assignment. If the assignment was expressed as general as you have defined it in your question be prepared to write a book with a minimum of several weeks studying in preparation.

Toward that end I suggest the following references as a very few of the many which exist.

Madison’s notes on the Constitutional Convention

The Federalist Papers

The Anti-Federalist Papers

The Founder’s Constitution (annotated) edited by Philip B. Kurland and Ralph Lerner.

The First 13 Constitutions of the First American States by Edward A. Kole

The True Intent of the First American Constitutions of 1776 – 1791 (annotated) by Edward A. Kole

Constitution of the United States of America (annotated with case law) Published (many times with new updates) by the United States Congress
