The best thing i can suggest is you need little guidance ,but more practise.
You can keep talking to your friends,or stand in front of the mirror and talk to yourself.
Criticise you english and try to improve. One can speak fluent english only when they think in english, because normally people use to think in mothertongue, but while speaking they will speak in English by converting the thoughts in mother tongue. So the conversion delay will not make you better.

So start thinking in English.I will suggest you some websites :
www.bbc.co.uk/learningenglish/
www.learnenglish.de
www.englisch-hilfen.de/en/
www.englishclub.com/
All the best.

apply to esl courses. teachers there will be more than happy to help you..and don't worry yourself too much, you'll get used to speaking it eventually, try not putting so much pressure on yourself to learn it. it will come naturally.
