I own a shop and do a lot of Restoration work. I will give you some sites to check out.
www.chevyduty.com
www.classicparts.com
www.classicchevy.com
www.yearone.com
If this doesn't help you, then you may have to have a fabrication shop build a new one for you. I do know there are shops out there that build them because I saw a show on TV called "Chop Cut Rebuild" where they had a new one made.
Glad to help out, good luck!!!
