They have to be under 21 when the qualifying competition starts to be eligible, so they could be 23 by the time the finals come round

The ruling used to be that you could play i think it was 3 players over the age limit not sure of the current rules

21 before a certain date. So if you were 21 before that date, you are eligible, even if you just turned 22.
