This is difficult because Sagittarius with a Sagittarius is tricky - because you two might have the different Sag. traits that aren't compatible or the perfect Sag. traits that make a match made in heaven. OR you two can be 100% Sag. and it can clash or be harmonious.
HOWEVER, your moon and ascending are both water signs - which are completely and perfectly compatible with Virgo.
So, which do you act like more? Are you more Sagittarius, Pisces, or Cancer? And with that, you can decide.

Depends... I really hate alot of Virgos I meet and like the Sagittariuses. But when I get to know the Sagittarius and eventually start fighting with them, I hate them more than I hated the Virgo at the start. Some Virgos i've met I instantly hit it off with them, while others are way too dumb to even talk to. So I guess Virgos... i've had a better run with them. Virgo sun Libra moon Leo rising

but still if u want to go by zodiac norms then i suggest u choose a sagi girl..coz sagis are fire signs and fire sins go well with fire and air sins ...but virgo is earth..so u might not be in tune with a virgo woman who is very practical and prudent person..unlike ur adventurous nature (sagi)..but going by ur asc in cancer and moon sign as pisces...u might get a little compatible with virgos..since both pisces and cancers are water signs(water goes best with earth signs)..
