Dear cuterome,
There's a outer biological and moral value level for each individual where you can speak about especially relating to yourself and the others on sex.
Whatever that you intend to speak in the public will bring you and maybe your immediate family shame and if you think you don't want it to happen,Then that's the limit.
Public here means any person other then yourself which may start from one number or more.
Good Luck.
This is M.S.Mani.

this will depend on you, at 16 i could talk about anything sexual with anyone, and i was not having sex yet, but i had enough intrestet and did enough reaserch on my own to converse. This will depend on how your talking about sex, in a biological perspective or in the "i am *****" perspective. Oviously just casual sex chat or since its a sex education is not going to hurt anyone, i mean i could totally see if he is comfortable enough with you where he would want to find out more about sex from a females perspective and you should want to find out more from a male persepctive, if you two are just good friends now, it might be nice for each of you to see how the mentality and body parts of the oppostie sex opperate without actually having sex.
But, if you dont feel comfrotable dont push it on yourself.

On one area you prefer to be minor, on the different area you prefer to be a pupil. Its extra effectual you be pupil and characteristic a loose chat, (no functional). it extremely is the upward thrust point whilst the two the bloods are warm, might desire to have self administration, its too slippery. Haveing intercourse chat can galvanize you(warmth up) and additionally you are able to choose for it to relish and experiance. Its extremely relaxing yet the entire existence is left for it, await the suited time and individual on your existence. at modern you mustn't divert you interest out of your learn. in case you choose for it (one million) you are able to lose your mothers and dads and kinfolk love. (2) you'll be termed as loose character (3) Your mothers and dads could be disgraced and embrassed (4) destiny existence and occupation could be totally spoiled (5) later on if any physique marries you nevertheless if he involves comprehend a few ingredient he might in basic terms look at you as a ***** (6) Your very this pal might initiate blackmailing you for his very own pastime. its a can or worms dont open it

What "Things" does he want to talk about? Seriously, please tell me. Its hard to give advice when the question is so vague. You should talk about whatever you feel comfortable talking about. You are 16 years old. In two years you will legally be an adult (assuming youre in the US, sorry!) If you are comfortable talking about an issue, then TALK ABOUT IT!
No, seriously, what is the topic you wont talk about?
PS: In elementary school, I was the kid who would tell all the other kids what sex was. No topic is off limits to me! Ha ha ha!

First of all you should know if he only want to discuss about this subject only.. find out if he's not wanting more from you..
and then if you feel at ease to talk about it then go for it.it's not obvios to talk about sex to an ex

i think that he should talk to someone older then himself,
and if ur not shy bout talking to him bout it,
then u should talk to him bout it,
