The bleeding happens because the hymen is ruptured.
if it is just torn a little... which is not usual, but possible... then it could bleed again - usually this would be the second time you have penetrative sex. It is extremely _unlikely_ that the hymen could be torn twice, without being fully ruptured.
If you bleed again the third time you have penetration, then you should seek medical advice as it will almost definately NOT be due to the hymen.
you should use condoms and it is a good idea to use *extra* lubrication, if necessary

The bleeding should stop. ask your partner to be a little lighter if it hurts.
And as for the ease of getting it in, try foreplay to get you ready, and when he goes to enter you, tell him to push in a little, then pull out, then push in a little more, until he's as far in as you're comfortable with. It's highly sensual, and more comfortable than one big push, for both partners

Yes it will get easier. Who knows if you will bleed again, but it will stop eventually. Just ask him to be gentle, and you two be careful!!!
