You have to give us the states of these elements. Solid sodium does not conduct electricity at r.t.p.. Molten sodium does conduct electricity, but to melt sodium, you need very high temperatures that are way higher than room temperature. An aqueous solution containing sodium ions conducts electricity at r.t.p. as well.

Sodium is the only metal of the choices available. I would go with that.

Sodium, i think.

Bromine conducts when liquid, while sulphur is actually not a bad insulator.
