If you are listening to a preprogrammed station, the answer varies. Some stations don't have a lot of music so they may repeat rather often. Others won't.

If you are listening to your own station, a given track is not supposed to play more often than once every 1000 tracks. Now, you might hear a given SONG more often than that because Launchcast often has multiple recordings of the same song (from greatest hits albums, compilations, etc.).
