My advice?

Ditch "hotel school" and get into an MBA program or a business degree plan.

I actually work for a hotel (Marriott), and can tell you that you'll learn more starting at middle management and working your way up than if you went to school specifically for hotel management.

If you're really set on going into a hotel management program, then they both look pretty good. Just decide on where you want to live.
