The double CD set of blues legend Robert Johnson is about the oldest blues music on CD I know. There's a magazine called Music Collectors that sells back to the 40's and back that could possibly top all the answers you get here. Sorry, no link.

The oldest I have is the Robert Johnson boxed set, which is great. His original recordings are from 1936. There are older recognized artists like Charlie Patton, Willie Brown, and Son House that recorded music.
In addition to the usual sources and the ones mentioned above, Smithsonian Folkways Recordings has some great old stuff; you might try poking around there.

Library of Congress has the oldest. and its ON SALE! The Library, paid for by taxes will sell a taxpayer any recording that the taxpayer owns that is in the collection.
They also have a copy of The Bill Of Rights, $10.99 for low resolution $55.99 for higher qaulity, reproductions.
