Hi.
Don't take my word for it, you'd be better calling Virgin, but as far as I know, it's fine.
As long as you are in a Virgin Broadband area at your new address, they should switch everything over for you and carry the remainder of your contract over to your new address.

Go to the virgin web, from there you can send them an email (trust me i was on the phone for 20 minutes this morning could get through) and they will call you back. Just leave your details and a contact number.

Yes, if they have the wires under the ground at your new address, call them to find out.

I would have thought as long as you stay in their service area you should be OK.
Good luck phoning them and getting them to install at your new address.

YES, dear, - DEFINITELY! Just ring Customer Services, - 150, if you have a "VIRGIN", (formerly, "NTL"), line, - and, their representatives will TELL you, EXACTLY, how to go about it!
