After 5 years between Uk and Ireland, (only stayed in UK because of my bf) I have finally summoned up the courage to buy a flight back home to Spain - my bf said he is not coming.
I am happy / sad and is going to be the thoughest thing I have ever done and I think we I go home I'll be in Y! answers all the time.
I have no savings and have to start again - minus boyfriend and a mum I dont get on with at all...but going home..
Just to say also that I LOVE Ireland and that will always be my home, at heart ...anyway that's my rant - have a nice Thursday everyone! ;)

If it's the toughest thing you've done, you have a b/f, love Ireland, have a mum you don't get on with in Spain, and no money to give you a kick start there, why are you going? Seems a bit strange to me.
I'm sure you have your reasons. Good luck!

I think you should spend more time with your bf before going to Spain. 1st you don't have enough savings..you should value more time with him or else you'll be hurt when the time comes that you left him without spending the best days in your life...and you do love IRELAND, right?! Always remember that if you left that relationship, it will never happen again!!

Long is the road
We must travel on down.
Short are the legs
That will struggle behind.
I wish I knew for sure
Just where we're bound,
What we will be doin'
And what we're gonna find.
Wherever we go, there will be birds to cheer you
Flower to color in the fields around.
Wherever we go, I'll be right here near you
You can't get lost when you're always found.
;)

if you have no savings i would consider getting a job instead of sitting on yahoo answers. how's your flamenco dancing?!
I'm disappointed now. surely you could learn to flamenco? It looks fun! Get some castanets! I'll join you!

hunni im very happy and you should be too, if you have given up lots for your boyf why cant he even give up a little to make you happy?
im glad you're going home! because once in a while we all have to be selfish and do whats best for us and for you obviously getting rid of a boyf who wont compromise and going back where you feel you belong! xx

I feel happy for you. You are making a tough decision about your own life with no one else telling you what to do. Be brave, you are doing the right thing. All the best.
