There are many things It could be.. If anyone had the same problem and fixed it I would like to Know.

This is a common G.M. failure.
Replace/service the TCC solenoid inside the transmission.
It can be done without removing the trans. Merely removal of the pan, and in some instances, from outside the transmission, on the side.
Check also to see if there is a TCC fuse. G.M. uses a fuse here, but not always.

Sounds like the lockup converter is locked up and not dissengaging.
