Old school late 70's or early 80's cannibal movie?

Question

Ok I know there are a bunch of movies about cannibalism, but can someone please work with these vagues descriptions of the movie I'm trying to find.

It's about a group of friends who are on vacation they stop at a town and at night discover a strange meeting at night we're they feasted on people, and from that point on they are trapped within the town as the roads are blocked and phone lines are cutoff. vague, but I'll add more details if I can remember.

actually it didn't involve any monsters or what not, just humans. One particular scene, I remember was, the protangonist were racing through the road to get out of town, the cannibals set this school bus in the way and they just ran right through it.

this would properly be an amazing movie!! particular, this is massacre at needed intense.. even though it become referred to as Blackboard massacre. it is not a horror movie however relatively.. that's a revenge movie variety of a pair of guy named David in intense college who's alienated via the bullies who relatively run the college there... they have some run ins with one yet another.. and then sometime, David.. who's a runner, is abode fixing his automobile from below. and the bullies make his automobile fall on him and it breaks his leg, making him no longer able to run returned. yet whilst he gets returned from the medical institution.. he would not tell on them.. so he kills them. this is an awsome movie... I doubt netflix might have it however.
