I would be the same as you but I would never forgive him
although it can work with some but it would take a lot of very hard work
but it would never work for me I would be so angry & i would not be able to even be in same room as him

After having all the life crushed out of me...I stood up...left the room without saying a word.....went out side to our car...that I bought him.....took my key....went down the side of the car....scratching CHEATER on the side...of a Black car....then punched holes in the 3 new tires I just put on it....then I went back inside packed some clothes...got my kids dressed & packed....& left the house....
It wasn't until he tried calling me for the 60th time....in 4 hrs...that it hit me...I felt so unclean....so devestated...like someone had just ran over my cat in front of me & stood there laughing at my tears....then I cried myself to sleep.....I never let him see me cry
I stupidly went back to him though...& had the damages repaired on the car...it took another 2 yrs before I realized what a mistake that was.....this time it took him hurting my Daughter before I realized this man is a piece of shyt.....
I thank God for my babies though...no matter how much scum their Father is....

I would get proof, confront him, and kick him out. Then I'd cry and cry.
