Aint all wives the boss??? Just kidding! keep work at work, dont take it home. And give her position the respect you would if someone else was in it, After that, dont sweat it. Your own worries could make the situation bad!

Sleeping with the boss? Sounds like a conflict of interest. If there are more than 2 people in your business, I'd suggest transferring.

I've been in that situation. No big deal; we were both professionals and that's how we behaved on the job. Off the job we had too many other things going for us to fret about her being the boss at work.

been there, and quit. why? it got in the way of her doing her job. i had folks coming up to me to ask me to talk for them about there dislikes or whatever.
