people are being depress when they're inlove because they are truly concern with someone whom they think is important. and so, why they are jealous because they want their loveone to be with them and not to be with somebody else. its not they are being selfish but thats how LOVE created to feel all kind of emotions - no human being can explain how all this kind of feelings< selfishness, anger, love, care, hatred, etc.> exist.

People tend to be depressed when hopes shatter. Everyone seems to have some prejudice about what life should offer. We are not at all ready to take life as it comes.
I do not believe that men alone are jealous. Jealousy has nothing to do with gender. Women suffer because they do not realize their strength and fight back.

There are major swings in emotion because in a relationship there is some amount of trust. When the trust is violated or breached then that tends to make others feel cheated because it's a natural feeling to feel depressed, even for a while. The problem lies in how the issues will be settled, in what amount of time, and there will be a question of recovery in one's self-confidence and trust-level.

I believe everyone has a purpose, and they are depressed because they don't know what theirs is. As for being sad when in love I think its because the honeymoon stage is over and the true colours of your partner are appearing, you've forgotten to communicate to each other, and maybe one partner has power over the other.
Men jealous; could be they think they are protecting their investment, they do not realise that we see it as jealousies
