It is possible that there were living creatures on some of the spacecraft that we sent to Mars, although I am not certain that they are still alive.
As far as any populated worlds in the universe besides ours . . . not likely. The probability of life existing at all is so astronomical, that it already exceeds the statistical standard for "impossiblity."

The conditions under which life exists upon our own planet are actually "EXTREMELY SIMPLE". It is merely a case of having a few common elements in the right conditions to create life as we know it. There is nothing complex about our existence. It is therefore utterly mind-boggling that there are people dumb enough to genuinely think that this is the only planet in the universe with life on it. The simple fact that we exist should itself be proof that there is "life" elsewhere in the universe.

The are no real critters on the planets in our solar system but there are millions or billions of societies like ours in the universe. they call them aliens,and they call us aliens it may not be spelled the same way.
