Will the Playstation 3 have a virtual console, or Arcade type feature, to play older games, like the Wii?

As of now, there is no virtual arcade like you see on XBL and Wii's Virtual Arcade, but what Sony has is the ability of pay and download PSX games on the PSP. Don't know if Sony plans to include the option to download the game to the PS3, but my guess is that it's going to happen. It's a gold mine. It's a great way to make a good profit because the games are easy to convert to the next gen format.

Not sure, but it should be able to play older playstation 1 & 2 games; I also heard that there is a software that you can use and you would be able to play any game, but i think thats true because a blu-player can't play or read HD disks.
