What kind of notice do you mean?

If you mean a formal letter.

Your address would go first on the right hand side of the page and underneath that on the left hand side would be the organisation you are writing to's address. Two line spaces after that, still on the left would be the date. Two line spaces, Dear Sir/Madam .... persons name.

Another two line spaces and you start the body of the letter. If you want it to be in fully-blocked format, have a line space between each paragraph but if it's indented, you don't need the extra line space.

At the end, it's good form to finish with the end salutation. If you have started the letter with Dear Sir/Madam, the end salutation would be 'Yours faithfully' but if you know the person's name ('Dear Mr. Smith' for example) then the end salutation would be 'Yours sincerely'.

Leave five line spaces for your signature and then type your name including title.

If you have enclosed something with the letter, after another two line spaces you would type 'Enc.'

I hope this is helpful, even if it wasn't what you meant.
