Hi
YES - I know where you can buy some. They sound a fab idea I was going to buy some for myself when I saw them!
They look very good. Secure ontop your top and are meant to be invisable to see. Sounds like exactly what we need - if we sweat alot or for hot days and tight tops!!!
Its a uk site (i dont know where in the world you are but the post all over for pretty cheap)

They would be bulky. If you have excessive underarm sweating you can get a prescription from a doctor for DrySol or something like that, or you can go to walgreens and get CertainDri. Those will completely stop any underarm sweating.

So..
Hyperhidrosis is a medical condition in which a person sweats excessively and unpredictably. People with hyperhidrosis may sweat even when the temperature is cool or when they are at rest. Sweating helps the body stay cool. In most cases, it is perfectly natural. People sweat more in warm temperatures, when they exercise, or in response to situations that make them nervous, angry, embarrassed, or afraid.
Excessive sweating occurs without such triggers. Persons with hyperhidrosis appear to have overactive sweat glands. The uncontrollable sweating can lead to significant discomfort, both physical and emotional. When excessive sweating affects the hands, feet, and armpits, it is called primary or focal hyperhidrosis. In most cases, no cause can be found. It seems to run in families.
If the sweating occurs as a result of another medical condition, it is called secondary hyperhidrosis. The sweating may be all over the body or it may be in one area.
In both cases you'll find on this site some good tips to solve your problem: http://hyperhidrosis.toptips.org
Have a nice day

I've not heard of pads for under-arms before if you wanted to make your own you could always try covering half a side of a large cotton wool pad with your favourite deodorant and tapeing it to your under-arm

Yes, but there's no need to buy anything special, I find that a scrunched up ball of newspaper works just as well, and can be more useful if you sneeze too.

Never heard of them!
There are stronger antiperspirants in the shops that will help, if all else fails botox in the armpits will stop sweating altogether for a few months. See your doctor.

I take it this is a joke. Try deodorant - much less unsightly than bulging underarms
