hi,
i am working in a concern for 2 years and 2 months . Now i got new job . But my previous concern is not leaving me . For all the old employees they left with in one week . But for me they r asking to stay for 3 months . WHat shall i do

It depends on the conditions of starting the new job. When do you have to start by?

Normally, people say ten thousand dollars in salary is one week's notice before leaving a job. So, if you're getting paid 130k, sticking around for three months is about right.

In teaching in the UK, they have a three month rule, but that's in your contract. Military of course you sit through the contract. For the private sector though, it's the ten grand = 1 week's notice rule though.

Because I don't know your job, I can't answer what you should do, but I hope this gives you some ideas.
