Watch shows like The Office, and Fawlty Towers. Don't do what they do.

Smile, handshake, and research your company. I mean, read through every leaflet they sent you, and read through the job description. Read through their website.

Do this right away, so that on the day of the interview you can concentrate on smiling and eye contact and being polite.
