A site where you can buy stuffs using money other than dollars and offer services for other countries...

ebay uses pounds to just type in www.ebay.co.uk in your browser bar

If you're just interested in online shopping, not particularly bidding like eBay, Amazon.com also has international homepages belonging to the UK, Canada, Germany, Japan, France, and China. I don't know which one suits you best.

go to www.Amazon.com and scroll to the bottom of the page under where you see "International Sites."
