A little bit of sun is always good for you, and you're not meant to stay hidden inside when you're pregnant. This sun gives your skin vitamins which are actually very good for you, but not too much. I would be more worried about extreme heat if i was pregnant.....Just do everything in moderation and you'll be fine.

No problem. Plenty of high sun factor should do the trick.

Sunlight is a good source of vitamin D.

Yeah you sure can
wear block out though and remember if you are feeling hot, your baby feels about 2 degress hotter, so be careful about your tummy getting too hot, you dont want to boil your egg lol

The sun has vitamins in it, so its good to a certain extent just dont fry yourself

yes, just be aware that your skin may be more sensitive and more likely to burn when you are pregnant so use a strong sun cream, and dont get too hot, drink plenty of water and enjoy

I don't think you can lie in the sun pregnant or not, it's a very very hot thing! plus I don't think a space craft would get you there to start with
