This girl acts very childishly and doesnot know she is being watched. is this man taking advantage of her inocence?? he kisses her on mouth.He knows his wife has seen him on various intervals and will never do this act infront of her. He keeps contact with this girl on phone and does everything for her.

Does he kiss her romantically? Is he sleeping with her. He might feel like a dad or older brother I know people whom have teenagers whom are grown one guy friend pay's for his exes child's college, she's 19 and he kisses her a peck on the mouth, but nothings going on. They talk everyday he loves he like a daughter. But, since the child is underage looks like you should call the cops or at least let the wife know Anon by a handwritten letter in her mail box... Wear gloves, and write it by computer.... Seal it... Do not lick the envelope or stamp, use water, as this can leave part of your dna on it... If it's not the real deal you could ruin his life, but on the other hand if it's nothing why is he being so secrative?
There's something going on... You could always call from a pay phone change your voice and tell her what's going on and that if it isn't stopped your going to the police....
Becareful, act like you know nothing.. Because, if you start talking to other people whom open their mouths and it get's back to someone something bad could happen.. Listen to your gut, when in doubt just let the police handle it anon.... Good luck!

It is not infedility ONLY, BUT it also illegal and if reported this guy will face some serious charges and jail time.
Is the wife crazy or what to not do anything about it. That little girl is obviously a child, and the man is taking advantage of her.
Take the guy to police.

Well, yes I think he's taking advantage of the girl and yes, I do consider it some sort of infedelity if not out right sexual abuse, but depending on where you live calling the police won't matter eg. in Ontario, Canada the legal age of consent is 14. Chances are the kid's mother doesn't care.

If what you say is accurate, what you are describing is a child sexual predator. Report them confidentially if you have to but tell the mother of the 14 year old that this is happening. Send an anonymous letter to his spouse. Tell him directly that he needs to stop what he's doing and tell the girl that what is happening is wrong.

His wife should have him lock up or at best go to the girls mother and tell her about her child being a little to friendly towards your husband.If he is doing this to a child what do you think he is doing behind your back ?
