Someone who is fearless, and breaks the standard mold. Truly, there are two kinds of people in the world, those do work for other people, and those who work for themselves.

Every shop you pass, every store you pause in, every employee you speak with, all of it was generated by a single person (or group of persons) who came up with an idea, and through effort, discovery, mistakes, and time, came up with a winning financial formula.

When people tell someone who is trying to break out of the mold, trying to do something different, that they won't succeed or they just can't do that, it is group think. Deep down, when someone talks about breaking out, you don't want them too. You don't want that person to succeed, you want them to stay with you, in your situation, because "misery loves company." It is cliche, but SOOOOOOO true.

Just remember, your abilities are ONLY limited by habit and convention. Break out, ignore the noise, and make a difference.

Number 1 is determination. An undying determination to succeed at nearly any cost.

Number 2 is the desire to help other people. If everything you do is self serving, you will never go anywhere on life. If you want people to send you referrals, you'd better send them referrals first.

Number 3 would have to be passion. Having a passion for what you do WILL make the difference between bankruptcy and fortune.
