He illegally interferred with a sovereign nation, Nicaragua and supported terrorists (Contras) who used US taxpayer money to kill, rape , torture and maim innocent civilians.

Not only should he be considered a war criminal, he should have been charges with treason against the USA and punished by death.

In 1979, he made the arms deal with the Iran Contras in exchange for hostages with one stipulation... that the hostages not be released until he was elected president. This tied Carter's hands making him look weak because no matter what he did, the hostages were not going to be released.

This was an act of treason... going behind the president of the USA's back and making an arms deal in exchange for political gain...

Ronald Reagan was deemed a war criminal for interference in Nicaragua resulting to mass killings but nobody filed a case against him.

not as bad as what president Bush is doing now, I think Bush is more criminal than Reagan was that is a fact with weapons of mass destrusction and other criminal behaviors of what is happening now with our world and loss of families.
