I know of two. There is the couple, where the wife is Italian and her husband is Puerto Rican.
And I knew of another couple; I'm not sure which exact European lineage she derived from, but she is definitely white, blonde hair, as well; and the husband is Ecuadorian.

Many....and my late husband and I adopted a mixed race baby 20 yrs ago I'm white..my late husband was partly American Indian and our son 1/2 white...1/2 black...we called ourselves the Rainbow family

I am sure everyone knows an interracial couple, it is 2007, it shouldnt be any different than any other couple, but I know some people look differently at that and thats just sad!
