Does Tyler have a brain disease?

No! I believe that he is telling the truth. There is an episode where George brings the mona lisa from a rescue, anyway to cut the episode short, Tyler claims he knows leonardo davinci, he tells george to bring him to earth (davinci is ultronian) because they destroy the painting, so he does and davinci knows him and they have a conversation in Italian. So there must be some truth in what he says!

As for a brain disease, I don't know, but other people considered him loony. I thought he was the smartest person on the show. After all he knew who George was without being told.

I'm pretty sure his brain is fried, but I think he also has a mental illness born from loneliness. The more people ignore you the more you collapse into your own head and it's that much harder for you to make sense with others later.

I just thought he was a bit weird from to much drug use as uses brain disease as an excuse.

Judging by the looks of him, he's got considerably more wrong with him than a brain disease..................
It's a good job they're only actors playing a part written by somebody else ! ! !
