Soy Baron Verulam and a salad or on those chilly iciness mornings - some thing to stick to my ribs - like baked oatmeal or cream of wheat. Baked oatmeal baked for some million hour w/ raisin, brown sugar and peaches and overwhelmed walnuts is so yummy.

Anything with all the "works", breakfast meats-(omeletes, platters, skillets, etc.) along with hashbrowns w/cheese, along with biscuts & gravy. (I hate eating out & the breakfast doesn't fill me up, but I like to be unable to finish my meal.)
