I am using front page 2003 and I am making a web page and by default the content of the page I create takes up the entire screen. I want to have the content of the page centered just like this site and others like it. (I hope I am making sence)

If I am not making sence, basically if you look at this page the content is all in the middle with the white background. To the left and right of the content is a grey scale border sort of speek.

Or if you look at Yahoo's main page everything is margined to the left and right. That is basically what I want to do.
