Thanks!

Just so you know, I have absolutely no understanding in chemistry. I have no idea what mole means, or any of that jargon.

I simply would like to convert my blood test results to the American norm.

The Estrogen I am talking about is Estradiol.

Thanks again!!!

Estrogen is the name of a family of hormones. You have to specify which one you want, since each one has a different molecular weight.

Estriol .. .. .. MW=288.39
Estradiol.. .. MW=272.39
Estrone .. .. .MW=270.37

If you want to convert
mole=mass/MW=> mass=mole*MW

so 227 pmol/L= 227*10^-3 pmol/mL =
=227*(10^-3)*MW pg/mL

substitute MW according to the desired hormone.

OK, so for estradiol

227*(10^-3)*272.39= 61.83 pg/mL
