You're asking for trouble if you do. Worst case scenario is you get shot by the police.

Why? All you will succeed in doing is in the least getting in trouble. At worst you will end up getting shot. Don't carry it around anymore. It's just not real bright.

anything that looks like a weapon without a permit will be charged as illegal so you need a permit to carry a real or fake weapon.
