Update (In reply to Kansas_dragon's answer below): No, I was referring to callpinoy at http://www.callpinoy.com/ which is different from pinoycall from Aspen Communications (the names are just really easy to mix up). However, I really appreciate your response and will look at both programs. I talk to my girlfriend in the RP on a daily basis and Vonage voip at $.23 a minute is just too expensive.

If you are referring to PinoyCalls from Aspen Communications, website http://www.pinoycalls.com then, YES. I use it everyday.
It is a great service, voice quality is good. I use their Mabuhay Calls plan to call my fiancee, so for $59/month we have unlimited calling.
