hey m medical student and i want college that offer radiology course plz hlp me out in this?

I don't know where you're located. If you are in the US, go here: http://arrt.org/index.html?content=http://www.arrt.org/nd/listOfSchools.ndm/listSchools&iframe=yes - click on Radiography and Submit. Then go down the list until you find programs in your area. If you're not in the US, I can't help you.

It depends if your going to school for radiologic technologist or radiologist. There are many rad tech programs that are 2 years. Radiologist require a md plus specialized radiology studies that will be more difficult to find and are 8 to 12 years of school.
