What is functin of 'sleep', 'wake' and 'power' buttons on a key board. When i press power or sleep button system shuts down but lights on CPU still blink but system does not restart when i press wake button.

power is to open and close(shut down) the pc

sleep makes it offline (like you seem offline in messenger but your messenger is still open and you can see your contacts) but its not totally closed. you may press it when you go to a coffee reak or wc...

wake is what youll press after coming from your coffee break or wc.. its for re-sleep. but it doesnt make restart bec. sleep doesnt mean shutting down

Power = Turns computer completely off.
Sleep = Puts your computer into a super low power mode which allows you to quickly "wake" the computer up, saving whatever program/window state you may have left it in when you put it to sleep.
