My boyfriend broke up with me on january 1st and we have been talking and he says he still loves me and that since we are apart the love is growing stronger.I miss him so much.but he has a girlfriend. Now hes talking about marrying her, but then after I told him that I still love him and that I'm still waiting he said he wasnt sure anymore about marrying her. But why am I still waiting,Hes the first boyfriend that I've truely ever fallen in love with.How do I get him back and why am I waiting?

I have been waiting for my last to come back since 09/27/06. I have tried talking to other women and it never feels right like it did with my last. I know what I want and need and maybe I am to picky but I have only found both of those things in her and that's why I wait. That and I truly believe God put me here for her and her for me. Her parents made her choose between me or them, we never fought or anything at all like that. Hey at least he still talks to you, mine must have promised her folks not to talk to me anymore cause one day she just stopped completely. But I still wait, sometimes on very rare occasions some things are just worth waiting for I suppose.

Why are you waiting? You're desperate with the fear of losing what you think may be your only chance at love. Get over it!!!! He must've felt that you weren't right for him or he wouldn't have let go of you. That's OK. This will save you from heartache in the longrun. He's done you a favor. Consider it a blessing.. An ended relationship that involves continued sharing of experiences (continued communication) will "keep the door open", and keep you from moving on. A person should NEVER degrade themself into becoming a person that is only motivated to attract and keep another person. You'll be sorry. Believe me.

you can get him back if you start to move on...
guys are egoistic, he´s not so bothered about losing you because you assured him that you love him so much and seems like you can´t live without him...
But try not to contact him and let him know that you are moving on now, try to test him and yourself also... If he really loves you, he´ll be very affected about that and might ask you to go back to him but if he didn´t you really need to move on girl... Man is sometimes weak if he sees that a woman is strong... Just wait for him to realize how dumb he is... it won´t take long promise!

There's plenty of fish in the sea, why are you going for one already on a hook? Why are you settling with a guy who is sweet talking you behind his g/f's back? He will do the same with you if you take him back, you do know that right? Just move on and meet new people. End all contact with that man because he is bad news. Maybe its hard since he is your first love but... who knows, maybe his g/f is on yahoo q's asking if we think her man is cheating... that will be you if you take him back.....

First romance often leaves a deep impression in our hearts. However, we need to face reality. Painful though it may be but we can't be in the denying stage all our life. This guy is playing with emotions and he's not even sure what he wants. I suggest you drop him, move on and cut all communications with him.

your waiting for him because you still love him. honestly girl, you need to let him go and move on. he obviously has. even if he said he has changed his mind about marrying her. i believe he is just stringing you along because some men like to have a back up plan. also is makes him feel good about himself. move on you deserve better. besides it hasnt been very long since you two broke up, why is he thinking about marrying someone else.
