WrestleMania XII!!! It's all because of one match:
Shawn Michaels vs. Bret “Hit Man” Hart
WWE Iron Man Match for the WWE Championship
A WrestleMania match between Bret "Hit Man" Hart and Shawn Michaels was inevitable, as they were the two greatest Superstars of the time. World Wrestling Entertainment officials recognized the significance of the bout and soon realized that a traditional one-on-one encounter would not be enough. As a result, the main event of WrestleMania XII was a 60-minute WWE Iron Man Match. Whichever Superstar scored the most decisions via any method – pinfall, submission, countout or disqualification – within a 60-minute span would be declared the winner.
The audience was absolutely captivated, as neither man was able to secure victory in the allotted 60 minutes. With no true winner declared, the match was ordered to go into sudden death overtime. In overtime, Michaels was able to secure the victory after hitting Hart with Sweet Chin Music.
The WWE Championship victory was a long time coming for Michaels, who nearly broke down after being handed the championship.

I would have to say Wrestlemania X-Seven (17), due to the fact of many great & amazing matches. Including:
The Rock VS 'Stone Cold' Steve Austin in a No DQ Match for the WWE Championship
Undertaker VS Triple H
TLC II (Edge & Christian VS Hardy Boyz VS Dudley Boyz) for the World Tag Team Championships
Shane McMahon VS Vince McMahon in a Street Fight
Kane VS Raven VS Big Show for the Hardcore Championship
They are some matches of possibly the best Match Card WWE have ever made. That's why I say it's the best

Wrestlemania 17 all the way, it was the best I've ever watched. TLC, HHH vs Taker, Austin vs The Rock were the best matches.

Wrestlemania 18
Triple H Vs Stephanie McMahon With Undisputed Champion Chris Jericho? Since by then all Jericho was doing was taking care of Steph's dog.
