Sure, I think that we could enucleate ova from sheep and insert our DNA. Then give the ova a tiny electric shock so they would begin dividing. Then implant the developing blastocysts in the sheep uterus for gestation. We would develop a flock of sheeple since some genetic elements would transfer from the ewe's mitochondria. There might be a reduced lifespan of the resultant sheeple due to telomeric atrition.
Or did you want to do it the old fashioned way???

Sure. I have molecular biology lab experience. If there are any functioning labs with electricity around, I could try mutating a cockroach into a reasonable human.
