a jury can be corrupted by television, radio, public speaking about it and if the DA influences the jury to decide on they're behalf. if the jury would stick to the position they are elected for they will not be corrupted and not be convinced to convict a person without the right evidence they are looking at. if they would look at the court system now some things are brought up when they are not relevent with the case and just look at the persons background without understanding the cause of the crime, some people get convicted for the crime they have not committed and some people are convicted for the wrong reasons the court decides on the cases by the way they sound not by reality.

corrupted means "not pure" it is a statement that means a lot of things. A jury can be corrupted by information that they are not suppose to have recieved, because the lawyers do not have time to argue their point of view. The jury can be corrupted by outside influence of people not on the jury.
Unless a Jury member spills the beans you will not know they have been corrupted.

It's practically impossible for a jury to get corrupted. America's legal system is actually one of the best ever, by design. The judge and the attorney's on both sides watch very closely for signs that there may be a problem, because they have a legal and moral obligation to do so, and because nobody wants to have to start over. If you don't like the results of a trial, ask your attorney if there are grounds for an appeal. If he/she says no, there was no jury corruption.

The jury is corrupted from the start by judges and the courts .As justice is an impartial judgment based on truth fact and reason .The judges don't tell the jury that police are allowed to lie in court with immunity from liability for doing so Brisco vs Lahue This the case that the courts gave that to police Also judges don't tell the jury that they have a right to judge the fact of a case and the law .Juries were a safe guard by our founding fathers to keep govt, from passing laws to rob and victimize our citizens .This is the only way citizens could protect each other from bad govt.and nullify bad laws it only takes one person out of 12 to vote no and save some one from govt. tyranny .Judges were to keep govt, inside a fence to protect the people .200 Innocent people on death row freed by DNA tests ,we were going to execute would prove judges haven't done that . Its obvious there is no justice in our courts today just victims of govt.

As far back as 1894 Alexander Hamilton admonished that "Jurors should aquit even against the judges instruction...if exercising their judgement with discretion and honesty they have a clear conviction that the charge of the court is wrong." Today, knowledge of this statement is even more important as we see juries blindly obey agenda-driven judges.
It is the duty and obligation of anyone called for jury duty to know his/her rights and to exercise them. When you come before a court for jury selection you may simply state, "Your Honor, I know it is my duty as well as my right to judge both the case and the law."
In many cases this will undoubtedly be cause for dismissal but you will have alerted others in the courtroom of their rights and duty. Hopefully, this would help curtail judges and the legal profession from controlling and directing the outcome of cases that are to be placed in the hands of the jury. It would also alert the lawmaking body of our government that they cannot continue to make laws that infringe on the rights of Americans.
