Not without a new motherboard!

You'll need a new motherboard because the 754 socket does not support AMD Athlon 64 processors.
Only motherboards with socket 939, or socket AM2 can support this kind of processors.

The relevant bit here is the "socket 754" part.

That is the kind of socket your chip plugs in to. Therefore, I would assume that if you can find an Athlon 64 socket 754, then you should be able to stick that badboy into your PC.

However, according to this chart:
http://www.amd.com/us-en/Processors/ProductInformation/0,,30_118_9485_9487%5E10248,00.html

AMD's 64 bit processors are all socket AM2. So I guess the answer is no, not without getting a socket AM2 motherboard as well.

Sorry!
