My computer is in office network. I guess I installed some malicious activex. Now my browser shows hacked by Godzilla. I started the browser with no add ons. Still the same results. What can be done to correct this problem.

Let me guess, using IE? For future reference, please, install a decent browser(ie Firefox or Opera), work computer or not, and refuse to touch IE unless you're intimately familiar with toying around with its security settings.

As for removing the Godzilla virus, a quick google search found instructions to remove it. Print them out or view from a different computer as you go through the steps on the infected machine.

Also, there's a removal tool I ran into, which may or may not work - wait for me to edit this and say it's ok (I'll test it out when I have access to a computer running Windows tomorrow, and I'll edit my answer one way or the other).

Edit: I was unable to infect my windows computer with the virus in order to see if the removal tool actually works, but I tested the tool itself, definitely not a virus/trojan/etc, so give it a shot!

Hope this helps!
