Looking to start out with tshirts. I would design them on my computer and looking to print only a few at a time since we don't know what will work best. Where can I find a supplier that will do it for cheap and low-quantities? I've tried places like CafePress.com...their quality is really bad and I'm looking for someone who can do it professionally. Suggestions are appreciated!

A lot of what you're looking for depends on the quantity of T-shirts you want to print, plus the kind of printing.
Are you going want them screen printed or embroidered?
You may want to check with a local screen printer if you're going to start out doing small quantities. You can probably work out a better deal than buying in bulk from a supplier.
Once your demand grows you can expand to larger quantities at wholesale pricing through a supplier.
